| 1993: |
on the 17th of May Kloben was born thanks to the will of the present company's owner Mr Adelino Turco.
The radiant heating is still present on the Italian territory at an initial state and the choice of materials
of proved reliability combined with an accurate project brings the company in a short time to make itself well
known on the market and mostly contributes in spreading out an under-developed technology, sometimes not known
at all among the field operators.

| 1995: | the company carries on a further step in its history. Thanks to its steady attention towards the innovations in the field of new technologies, Kloben introduces in its range of products the solar collectors, by mainly exploiting the reduced energy need necessary to satisfy the radiant heating system. |
| 1997: |
the experience achieved in the field of solar energy and the idea that the choices taken up to that moment were good
bring Kloben to its final turning point in its business activity. Thanks to the enormous efforts and investments they
start the production of vacuum solar collectors, first company nation-wide and among the first in Europe. The results
are immediate: the choice to invest in vacuum anticipates what after became a guideline to follow by the whole market.

| 2002: | the steady innovation of the products offered, especially in terms of complete systems and the usage of solar energy as a more and more primary source confirm the company's competitiveness also at an European level. |
| 2004: |
on the 21st of February, the primary production pole of Kloben in Olgiastro Cilento (Salerno) was inaugurated. With the
KT Solar trade-mark it entered the market with a new reality destined to satisfy the always more frequent requests in
the field of solar energy, especially from the large national and international operators.

| 2006: | a decisive change for Kloben. The excellent results proved that the Company has become one of the most recognized in the thermal solar market, thanks to the quality of its products and services. |
| 2007: |
opening of the headquarter in Bovolone (VR). The new 6000 m. sq. building represents the best structural and logistic
reaction to the considerable market growth and the impressive performance of Kloben of the last years.

| 2008: |
in 2008 the building has been widened, and it reached 15000 m. sq. Kloben's established itself as a quality guarantee and
achieve greate confirmation by the market.

| 2009: |
great news of 2009 is the internal production of high performance cylinders. The scope of this initiative is to offer an
exclusive product, checked in every step of the manufactoring process. Kloben in this way can become a complete Company,
offering to its clients and its international partners a system entirely planned and carried out through the activity and
the effort of our team of experts.
